What are you waiting for? Grab yourself a MY21 Avida Esperance. Discover the country in style and discover what makes life worth living for you.
David Attenborough once said, ‘It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living’.
A large outside storage area has been added at the rear, which will fit a Weber Baby Q BBQ and is located above the gas point, all designed with a support bar feature allowing the open door to be used as a table for the BBQ.
As you step inside the Iveco 50C-18 E6 cabin you will notice the colour co-ordinated driver and passenger seats with arm rests that can swivel to allow you to join in the conversation at the rear dinette. The Iveco is in a league of its own, certainly not a ‘truck’ anymore. Safety is paramount, with it’s adaptive cruise control, crosswind assist, advanced emergency braking, four SRS airbags, front and rear disc brakes with ABS, EBD and ESP 9, daytime running lights and don’t forget the fog lights for those early morning starts.
The Iveco has low emission Euro 6 engine, 8 speed automatic, discover the highways with the GPS navigation system with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto or play some tunes through the hi-connect multimedia system with Bluetooth+. Pulling up will be easy with the dash-mounted electronic parking brake.
Those that have been dreaming and following the Esperance for a while now, will be excited for all the changes that Avida have considered in the MY21 model. Not just from an aesthetic point of view, but the changes in engineering that are not apparent to the eye, which makes the motorhome one of the strongest on the market today.
If you step into the rear motorhome body, you will see that the bottom of the walk around bed is now upholstered in your chosen upholstery choice just as the dinette is. There is a 40” smart TV to watch your favourite show or browse the internet if you have data available.
The kitchen has a larger window, which allows more light and the overhead cupboards are full length, with the microwave above the fridge, giving you plenty of space for your pantry staples. The overhead cupboards in the slide out room have been redesigned to give a sleeker look.
In the bathroom you will notice that there is much more space due to the redesign of cabinetry and there is now a wall mounted washing machine/dryer as standard.
There has been an upgrade in the diesel heater which is 4kw and it is mounted above the floor, perfect for toasty winter evenings and mornings.
The Esperance is available in both B-type – storage above the cabin and C-type – bed above the cabin. The B-type comes with 2 seat belts and the C-type comes with 4 seat belts and child restraint perfect if you want to take the grandchildren or any guests away with you for your trip. You can also add additional seat belts as an option taking the B-type to 4 seat belts or the C-type to 6 seat belts.
If free camping is your style, you can do it with ease as you now have 175 litres of fresh water capacity and 160 watts of solar.
With all these added extra’s now included as standard in the specifications, the new Avida Esperance MY21 requires a light rigid licence. However, don’t let the licence class change deter you as it is a simple process to upgrade your licence and you still have the huge 3,500kg towing capacity that the Esperance is renowned for.
