Next-Generation Ford Everest makes its global debut

Ford Everest, the next generation has made its global reveal. With a new tough and capable looking exterior, the interior is aimed at cocooning the occupants in a comfortable, safe, high-tech and inviting cabin designed for daily duties and long road-trips.

Everest is offered with two drivetrain options – 4×2 RWD is only available on Ambiente and Trend; while 4×4 variants across the range feature an advanced, permanent four-wheel drive system that uses an electronically controlled on-demand two-speed electromechanical transfer case (EMTC) with selectable drive modes.

In addition to the existing models the new Everest introduces the Platinum model. It comes exclusively with the V6 engine, premium interior, 21 inch wheels, unique grill and a panaromic roof.

Inside the Platinum has heated and ventilated leather front seats, with multiple electronic adjustment for the driver.

The popular Sport version also joins a s a permanent model.
