BMW Motorrad revealed four new models at the recent international motorcycle shows, the R nineT, R 1200 RT, R 1200 GS Adventure and the stunning S 1000 R.
Pricing has now been announced prior to the bikes arriving in the New Year.
These much anticipated models will arrive in Australia at very competitive pricing, ensuring demand will be high. Customers who are interested may want to consider getting a deposit down soon to avoid having to wait.
The beautifully finished R nineT, the Roaster celebrating 90years of BMW Motorrad, will be available from April at $20,950.
Like all BMW Motorrad models, it comes equipped with ABS brakes as standard. The R nineT is designed to be individually customised and there is a range of accessories available to give the nineT a real unique look.
The water-cooled R 1200 RT, the much awaited successor in a line of RT models that stretches back over 30 years, will be available in February at $29,990.
Standard specifications include: ABS, Dynamic ESA, preparation for GPS device, heated seats, cruise control, daytime riding light, hill start control, headlight pro and riding mode pro, radio, Bluetooth interface, audio system, gear shift assist pro, chrome exhaust, central locking, anti theft alarm, tyre pressure control and two power sockets.
No cost factory fit options available are:
Low and high seats.
The flagship of the iconic GS range, the new water-cooled R 1200 GS Adventure will be available in February at $24,300. Standard specification includes: ABS, chrome exhaust, heated grips, tyre pressure control, LED auxiliary lights, LED indicators, off road tyres and pannier fastenings.
Factory fit options available are:
Touring package: Dynamic ESA, On board computer Pro, GPS preparation and cruise control.
Dynamic Package: LED headlight, riding mode Pro, daytime riding light.
Cruise control and alarm are also available as separate options.
The Naked high-performance S 1000 R will be available in April at an impressive $18,990. Standard specifications include: ABS, quickshift, cruise control and riding mode pro.
Factory fit options available are:
DDC (dynamic damping control), heated grips, LED indicators, alarm.
